April might seem early, but some of you might already be making plans for summer.  For many of us, summer isn’t summer without numerous trips to the beach or swimming pool.  And those of you preparing to venture out in that new bikini… well it’s not to early to start working on that tan.

In addition to sunscreen, hat, beverage cooler and swimsuit, a good quality beach towel is an essential element of a memorable summer.  There are hundreds of choices available but I prefer Egyptian cotton beach towels. They are soft, soak up water and the long fibers make them more durable than their cheap counterparts.

While you’re looking, don’t settle for something dull & drab. Pick something bold & dramatic. A brightly colored towel can both display your personality and make it easier to stake out your claim to beach or poolside real estate.
